The property offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a separate dining room.

It also has an outdoor external yard space to the rear.

The home is pictured with old fashioned curtains and carpets but while in need of modernisation, it could present an ideal investment opportunity for the right buyer.

It is less than two miles from the closest railway stop in nearby Shildon and is located next to a number of primary and secondary schools.

The home could be yours for less than the price of an outdoor gas cooker which would set you back £3,947.98.

The latest property is even cheaper than one featured by The Sun earlier this month, which had a guide price of £4,000.

It featured a spacious living room, a kitchen leading to a backyard, a bathroom and two bedrooms - although it was in need of a lick of paint and modernisation.
